Discount: Pay by Zelle and receive a 10% discount. Zelle payments only. Discount does not apply to any other form of payment.
Standard Booking Rate: This rate applies to bookings made over the phone or street pickups. Online booking rates are lower than the standard rate. If you choose not to book online, this is what you'll be quoted. Operators cannot give you the online rate over the phone. It must be done online.
Deposit & Travel Fee Policy: Our deposit and travel fees to a destination are non-refundable. If you pay a deposit for a reservation and cancel, that deposit is not refundable.
Third-Party or Over-the-Phone Payments: Yes, we accept third-party ride payments and over-the-phone payments with certain restrictions. You must text us a picture of your driver's license (front and back). The person being picked up must provide their full legal name. We will send you an invoice by text. You must reply confirming that you authorize the amount quoted. We may also require a picture of the last four digits of the card number(you can block out the rest of the card number for security). This extra security measure may be required before we proceed with the pickup.
Corporate & Roadside Assistance Payments: If a corporation or a roadside assistance program wishes to pay for a customer, the following requirements apply: You must email us a copy of the virtual credit card that you are using. Additionally, if you choose to make the payment over the phone or via a payment link, you must use a company email address that matches the company name provided. If the corporate email address does not match, we cannot accept the payment.

A: Email us the virtual credit card and use a company email matching the company name. If the email doesn’t match, we cannot accept the payment.
