BAMI RIDE SERVICE LLC – Payment & Processing Policy

1. Cancellations & Deposits
- If you booked online, any cancellation within 24 hours is non-refundable.
- Deposits may be required for pickup. If a deposit is required, it is non-refundable.
- For trips over 10 miles to the pickup location, a 75% deposit of the estimated fare is required before we can pick you up.
2. Receipts
Need a receipt? Email us with the date and time of your ride, pickup and drop-off locations, and any other relevant details (e.g., did you pay in the car or online?) so we can locate your order.

4. Accepted Payment Methods & Links
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover)
- Venmo
- Cash App
- Zelle
- Cash
Direct payment links for credit-card deposits, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle will be available soon on our website/app.
Please note: We do not accept PayPal.
5. ID Verification
- Credit cards, Venmo, and Cash App: The name on the photo ID must match the payment method. If it does not, you must pay by cash.
- Zelle: No ID verification required.
6. Credit-Card-Specific Requirements
- Send a text confirmation when you’ve been picked up.
- Send a second text when you’ve been dropped off, confirming the final fare amount.
These steps are required as part of our fraud-prevention and security policy.
7. Phone Payments & Corporate Cards
For phone payments or corporate credit cards, we require verification that the name on the ID matches the company name on the card, plus one of the following:
- A company-issued business card
- An email from your corporate address that matches the card’s company name
If you cannot provide this, we cannot accept payment. For over-the-phone payments, a copy or photo of your driver’s license must be emailed or texted to us before processing.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
In the event of a chargeback or credit-card dispute, if we lose the case, we will file a claim in small claims court against the customer responsible for the transaction.
9. Venmo & Cash App Verification
- Text us from the phone number associated with your payment account.
- Send a screenshot of your Cash App or Venmo payment QR code for our records.
10. How to Pay by Credit Card
- Text us at [Temporary Phone Number].
- For corporate cards, email proof of authorization from a verified corporate email address matching the company on the card.
Emails from public domains (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) will not be accepted. Only official company domains are permitted.
