By booking online, you can save an estimated 24% per mile compared to phone reservations. Online booking is the only way to receive this discount. Reservations made by phone are quoted at standard rates.

Book OnlineReservation Policy
All pre-scheduled rides require a non-refundable deposit to confirm. Reservations without a card or deposit are not guaranteed. If another confirmed booking overlaps, unconfirmed rides may be canceled.
Pickup Confirmation & Security
After being picked up, riders must text 534-544-3800 to confirm. You will receive: "We picked you up. Please reply YES or NO to confirm you authorized this ride." This protects against fraud and disputes.
Credit Card & ID Verification
Cards must match the ID of the passenger. If the card name doesn't match, you'll need to pay cash. For third-party payments, we verify the phone number on file with the card issuer. If unmatched, we require a photo ID to process payment.
Corporate Payment Policy
Corporate bookings must use a valid company email. We do not accept Gmail, Yahoo, or free email accounts for business billing. The email must match the business you represent.
Service Animal Policy
Service animals are allowed per ADA law. However, handlers are responsible for any damage or excessive mess. (See ADA § 36.302(c)(8))
Hospital & Medical Pickup Policy
Passengers must be able to enter and exit the vehicle on their own. Our drivers cannot physically assist. We do not offer wheelchair-accessible vehicles but may refer you to providers if available.
Out-of-Area Pickup Policy
Yes, we will pick you up — regardless of where you're located. A minimum travel fee may apply. You can call for a quote or book online for a final price.
River Falls Local Ride Policy
Minimum charge is $20.00 for all rides within the City of River Falls, Wisconsin. This does not include townships or surrounding areas.
Trips to the store and back include 5 minutes of wait time. After 5 minutes, wait time charges apply.
The City of River Falls offers a public transit service at a lower rate. Contact River Falls Public Transit at 715-425-7878.
We are not affiliated with River Falls Public Transit but recommend them for local transportation within the city.
All rides in River Falls between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM must be prepaid. No exceptions.
Baldwin, Wisconsin Local Ride Policy
Minimum charge is $40.00 for all local rides within the city limits of Baldwin, Wisconsin.
If a ride goes outside the city limits, the standard meter rate applies.
Round trips within the city limits to the store and back include 5 minutes of wait time. After 5 minutes, wait time charges apply.
Prescott Local Ride Policy
Minimum charge is $25.00 for local rides within Prescott city limits only. This does not apply to surrounding townships.
Online booking is 24% cheaper than phone booking.
Hudson Local Ride Policy
Minimum charge is $20.00 for local rides within Hudson city limits only. This does not apply to surrounding areas or townships.
Prepayment is required for any rides between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
Round trips to stores include 5 minutes of wait time. Additional time will incur wait charges.
The City of Hudson offers Hudson Public Transit for local runs within city limits. For their service and pricing, please contact them directly. They provide wheelchair-accessible vans for the City of Hudson, Wisconsin. You can search them online to find their phone number.
Any future-dated ride that is not requested within 5 minutes of calling requires a non-refundable deposit to be scheduled. Without a deposit, the ride will not be confirmed.

⚠️ What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup are non-refundable. Deposits paid for vehicle checkups or travel to a location are also non-refundable. Please review our Cancellation Terms & Conditions.
1. What’s better: a limousine or a limo bus?
Limousines are ideal for formal events. Limo buses offer more space, standing room, and party features for larger groups.
2. What is your lost & found policy?
We hold items for 14 business days. Mailing return costs $50, or in-person return is $25 + $3.50 per mile. We are not liable for lost items. Contact law enforcement for sensitive losses.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards only. No cash or checks accepted.
Chargeback Policy
If a customer provides false information when filing a chargeback, they may be subject to serious consequences:
- Reversal of the chargeback
- Full liability for the transaction
- Civil penalties and legal recovery actions
- Permanent ban from using BAMI RIDE
Chargeback fraud is considered theft of service and may be pursued through legal means under state statutes.
Legal Penalties
Wisconsin Statute 943.225 – Refusal to Pay for a Motor Bus Ride
Anyone who intentionally refuses to pay for a hired ride when requested by the operator is subject to a Class E forfeiture. Under Wisconsin law, failure to pay for taxi or limousine service can result in arrest, prosecution, and jail time. It is considered theft of service and can be charged as a misdemeanor or felony depending on circumstances.
Wisconsin Statute 943.212 – Civil Liability for Non-Payment
- The provider may seek damages for the value of services, property damage, and attorney fees.
- Up to 3× exemplary damages may apply.
- Written notice must be sent 20 days before legal action.
- Conviction is not required to pursue civil judgment.
- Class A Forfeiture: Up to $10,000
- Class E Forfeiture: Fine of $25 or more for fare refusal
- Exemplary Damages: Up to 3× original service amount
- Legal Fees: Recovery of attorney fees (up to $300)
- Banned Accounts: Permanent ban from BAMI RIDE
- Criminal Charges: Arrest and jail time possible under state law

Yes. Under Wisconsin Statute 943.225, refusal to pay for a motor bus, taxi, or limousine ride is considered theft of service.
