Base Rates

WARNING: Online rates starting base may be lower. This is only the standard rate if you choose not to book online.

  • Hudson, WI: $12.00 flat fee
  • River Falls, WI: $15.00 flat fee
  • Prescott, WI: $25.00 flat fee
  • Menominee, WI: $35.00 flat fee
  • Baldwin, WI: $50.00 flat fee (minimum)
  • Roberts, WI: $12.00 flat fee
  • After the base rate, standard rates apply:
    • $4.00 per mile
    • $1.25 per minute (wait and traffic time via GPS)

Discounts

  • 9% per mile discount with Zelle payment (online bookings excluded)
  • Online bookings may offer lower rates (Zelle discount not applicable)

Travel Fees (Outside Standard Area)

  • $1.75 per mile (first 50 miles)
  • $2.75 per mile (over 50 miles)
  • Travel fee covers fuel to your location
  • Extra charges on state/federal holidays and major events

Minimum Fare

Minimum fare depends on your pickup location, as specified in the base rates above.

Payment & Booking

If you choose to pay your deposit via DepositLink , you will be quoted the standard rate. Discount rates do not apply when you pay through DepositLink.

  • Online, phone, text, or in-person booking
  • In-person: Credit card must match order. If not, cash payment required
  • Accepted Payments: Zelle, credit/debit card, or cash (when required)
  • If you do not want your ID stored on file, full fare must be paid in cash at pickup.

Pickup Confirmation Requirement

When the driver picks you up, you are required to text us confirming your pickup. If you choose not to text confirmation at the time of pickup, full payment in cash will be required immediately.

Picture Data Policy

Picture data of your pickup location and your ID will be securely stored for future re-pickup coordination and verification purposes.

Extra Charges & Services

Boosters and car seats must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Charges may apply for reserved equipment.

  • No charge for extra passengers (limited by vehicle capacity)
  • No child seats provided
  • Extra luggage requires SUV booking (check online rates)
  • No fuel surcharge due to travel fee

$1.25 per minute, calculated via GPS.

Price Match Policy

  • No price match for taxi or standard car service
  • Price match offered for Mercedes Sprinters, party buses (8+ passengers)
  • Competitor must be licensed in Minnesota or Wisconsin
  • No price matching against Uber, Lyft, or unlicensed operators

Employee Information

All employees and drivers are required to follow company policies for safety, professionalism, and customer privacy. Drivers are background checked and trained for service standards. Customer ID storage is solely for booking purposes unless customers opt for cash payment to avoid ID storage.
